Marchpole Holdings PLC21 March 2005 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 21 March 2005 Successful conclusion of Boateng proceedings Marchpole Holdings plc (the "Company") which designs, produces and sells highquality clothing and accessories for world class brands today announces that theproceedings against Ozwald Boateng and his company, Bespoke Couture Limited,have been bought to a successful conclusion. In the judgement handed down today, the court found that Bespoke Couture andOzwald Boateng are in breach of contract and the wording of an injunction, it isanticipated, will be handed down on Tuesday 22 March 2005, at which time costswill be awarded. The Company continues to sell and produce the Boateng ranges, and remainscommitted to the brand's future. Mr Tufnell, Chief Executive commented: "We are extremely pleased that this issue has now been resolved and that we cancontinue to focus in partnership on building the Boateng brand. It isregrettable that we have had to take this action to establish our rights andthose of our shareholders, but now that this has been done it is back tobusiness".
