Grant of SAYE Options
The Company has today been notified that Brian Brick, CEO of the Company, and Robin Piggott, Finance Director of the Company (the "Directors") are intending to participate in an award under the Moss Bros Sharesave Plan 2012 (the "Plan"). This is in addition to the awards made on 25 July 2012 and 8 May 2013.
Under the terms of the Plan, the Directors will be committed to contributing £250 per month each, over a three year period. As at 1st June 2017 the accumulated funds can then be withdrawn from the Plan as cash or used to exercise options over the Company's shares which have been granted at 117.7 pence per share. Assuming full participation in the Plan, each of the Directors will have 7,646 options over the Company's shares.
As at today's date the total beneficial holding of Brian Brick and his connected persons in shares in the Company is 2,219,153 shares which represents 2.2% of the Company's shares. Robin Piggott has a beneficial holding in shares in the Company of 258,213 shares which represents 0.3% of the Company's shares.
