Moss Bros Group PLC ("the Group"), the 'first choice for men's tailoring' is pleased to announce the

appointment of Alex Gersh as a Non-Executive Director. He will join the Board on 1 November

2017.

Alex is currently the CFO of FTSE 100 listed business Paddy Power Betfair Group, having been

appointed as CFO of Betfair Group plc ("Betfair") in 2012. During his tenure, Betfair merged with

Paddy Power plc and he has been a part of the executive team that have driven the success of this

digital and brand focused business.

From 2007-2013, Alex was a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of

Black Earth Farming Ltd, a company listed on NASDAQ OMX (Stockholm), which is a major

producer of grains and oil seeds in Russia's Black Earth region.

Alex will become Chairman of the Audit Committee in May 2018, when, as previously announced,

the current Chairman of Audit, Bryan Portman, retires from the Board.
