Further on Wednesday 9 January 2008, the Company received notification fromLaura Ashley Holdings Plc pursuant to the Rules that Laura Ashley Holdings Plcheld in interest in 4,194,744 Shares of the Company which represents 4.44% ofthe issued ordinary share capital of the Company and that these shares had beenacquired by Bagleys Investments Limited.
