On Friday 28 November 2008, Moss Bros Group Plc ("the Company) received notification pursuant to DTR5.1.2 of the Transparency Obligations Directive (Disclosure and Transparency Rules) Instrument 2006 (the"DTR") that Beverly John Berryman, Hugh David Turner and Carole Fahy (the "Notifying Shareholders") had reduced their holding to 1,452,840 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("the Shares") which represented 1.54% of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company also received notification on 28 November 2008 pursuant to the DTR from the Notifying Shareholders advising that they had increased their holding to 28,349,772 Shares, to include the 1,452,840 Shares, which together represented 29.99% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. The Notifying Shareholders' interest in the Shares is held in the name of Giltspur Nominees Limited.
The Company received a further DTR notification on Friday 28 November 2008 from Warbeck Holding Company Limited advising that it no longer held an interest in the Shares of the Company.
