The Company announces that it has received notification that on 22 November 2010, Peter Radcliffe, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 18.83 pence per share (the "Purchase"). Following the Purchase, Mr Radcliffe holds 525,000 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.08% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
