Minds + Machines Group Limited (AIM:MMX), the publicly quoted owner and operator of Internet top-level domains, announces that Frederick Krueger, a director of the Company, has informed the Company today that on 20 October 2014 he purchased 150,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 10p per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase Frederick Krueger is interested in aggregate in 128,481,604 Ordinary Shares representing 15.47% of the issued share capital.
