Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified that on 24 June 2015, Peter Johnson, Chairman, acquired 16,100 ordinary shares of 64p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 185p per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Mr Johnson has an interest in 150,328 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.19 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
