Director's Shareholding

The Company today announces that on 21 October 2008, Mr Stephen Ferriss, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 2,579 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 31.5 pence per Ordinary Share under the Company's dividend reinvestment plan.  Following the acquisition of these shares, Mr Ferriss will be beneficially interested in 208,761 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
