Block Listing
The Company has made application to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of, and to the London Stock Exchange Plc for the admission of, a total of 53,109,916 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List. Admission is expected to take place on 29 July 2010. These shares will, if and when issued, rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
The shares being admitted to trading will be issued if required in order to satisfy the potential future exercise of conversion rights of warrants over Ordinary Shares issued as part of the Company's fundraising, as described in the approved prospectus dated 1 June 2010.
