Scrip Listing

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority of the FSA for a Scrip listing of 15,237 Ordinary shares of 30p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares, to the Official List. The shares should be admitted on 7 October 2011.
