Results of Annual General Meeting

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc confirms that shareholders duly passed, on a show of hands, all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting held on 2 May 2013.

Proxy votes were received from shareholders in respect of 298,375,662 shares amounting to 91.92% of the issued share capital. The total number of shares in issue is 324,601,087. A summary of proxy votes received will be available on the Company's website, www.millenniumhotels.co.uk.
