The following amendment has been made to the Director Change announcement released on 1 October 2018 at 12.11p.m. under RNS No: 5447C. The date Sue Farr will cease to be a director will be 31 October 2018 rather than 30 October 2018 as stated.

All other information within the announcement remains the same. The full amended text is shown below.

Director Change

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc (the "Company") announces that Sue Farr has notified the Board of Directors today of her intention to step down as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 31 October 2018. She has served on the Board since 12 December 2013. Following her resignation, the Board will continue to be comprised of a majority of independent Non-Executive Directors.
