Mucklow(A.& J.)Group PLC29 June 2007 A & J MUCKLOW GROUP PLC29 JUNE 2007 BOARD CHANGES A & J Mucklow Group plc today announces that Peter Petherbridge will be retiringfrom the Board on 30 June 2007. Mr Petherbridge (60) joined the Company in 1974 as Group solicitor and became amain board director in 1990. Mr Petherbridge will be retained as a consultantfor a period of 12 months, to assist in the smooth transfer of the Group's legalproperty work to Messrs Wragge & Co. Rupert Mucklow (Chairman) commented "We would like to thank Peter for thevaluable contribution he has made over the last 33 years and wish him well inhis retirement." The Board are also pleased to announce that David Wooldridge FCCA ACIS, theGroup's Company Secretary and head of finance, will join the board as FinanceDirector from 1 July 2007. David (35) joined the Group in 1996 and becameCompany Secretary in 2002. Justin Parker (Managing Director) commented: "David joins the board at anexciting time. Our conversion to a Real Estate Investment Trust on 1 July andour development land bank of over 50 acres provides us with significantopportunities to grow our business."
