Issue of Equity
The Company announces that on 28 January 2019 it allotted and issued 36,295 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Shares"). These new Shares in the Company have been issued pursuant to an application to subscribe for shares and were issued at a price of 68.88 pence per share, being the Company's latest published net asset value per share.
Application will be made for the new shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and dealings are expected to commence on or around 31 January 2019.
Following this allotment, the issued share capital of the Company is 106,902,163 Ordinary Shares of 1p each.
The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc is 106,902,163.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
