RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING

Minoan Group Plc announces that at today's General Meeting the resolution proposed was duly passed.

Christopher Egleton, Minoan chairman, said:

"I am pleased that the shareholders have approved the resolution unanimously.

This now provides the flexibility to commence the implementation of the acquisition strategy in the Tourism and Leisure sector set out in the Notice of General Meeting. Certain targets have already been identified and I look forward to making further announcements in the near future."
