Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc, Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc, Mobeus Income& Growth 4 VCT plc and The Income & Growth VCT plc (together "the Companies") Issue of Supplementary Prospectus The Boards of the Companies announce that they have published a supplementaryprospectus ("the Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the joint offer forsubscription to raise, in aggregate, up to £24 million (as may be increased)("the Offer"). The Supplementary Prospectus refers to the publication of Mobeus Income &Growth 4 VCT plc's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December2013 ("2013 MIG 4 Accounts"), certain information from which is incorporated byreference into the Supplementary Prospectus.
