Net Asset Value (NAV)

Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that the unaudited net asset value per share of the Company as at 

30 September 2022 was 86.50 pence per Ordinary share. On 7 November 2022, the Company will pay a dividend of 6.00 pence per share to Shareholders on the Register on 23 September 2022, this will reduce the unaudited NAV per share to 80.50 pence per share.

In relation to the offer for new shares pursuant to the prospectus dated 5 October 2022, the Company intends to allot shares on, or around 16 November 2022, in accordance with the prospectus, at this latest published NAV per share adjusted for the dividend payable on 7 November 2022 noted above.
