Maven Income and Growth VCT PLC (the Company)

Offer for Subscription

On 26 September 2018, the Company and Maven Income and Growth VCT 5 PLC announced the publication of a joint Prospectus (comprising a Securities Note, Registration Document and Summary) in relation to offers for subscription of new Ordinary Shares of 10p each (together the "Offers" and each an "Offer").

The Board is pleased to advise that, with valid subscriptions received to date under the Company's Offer now approaching its initial fundraising target of £15 million, and in view of continued interest from potential investors, the Directors have resolved to utilise the over-allotment facility, as provided for under the terms and conditions of the Offers, to the extent required to meet further investor demand.

The Offer is expected to close by no later than 12.00 noon on 3 April 2019 in relation to the tax year 2018/19 and 12.00 noon on 26 April 2019 in relation to the tax year 2019/20 (unless the Offer is fully subscribed by an earlier date or previously extended by the Board to a date no later than 16 September 2019).
