Midwich Group plc (AIM: MIDW), a global specialist audio visual distributor to the trade market, has received notification that Stephen Fenby has exercised 31,226 nominal cost options over ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company which were awarded under the Midwich Group plc 2021 ELT stretch bonus option agreement.
