DIRECTOR DEALING

Miton Group plc ('MGR'), the AIM quoted fund management company, has been advised today that the following director has completed the purchase of shares in the Company on 23 January 2015 as follows:

· Gervais Williams has acquired 295,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 25.5p each.

Following this transaction Mr. Williams holds 9,088,241 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 5.32 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
