Directorate Changes

Miton Group plc ('the Company', 'Miton' or 'the Group'), the AIM quoted fund management group, today announces two internal appointments to the Group Board. Ian Michael Chimes and Piers Godfrey Harrison will be joining the Board with immediate effect as Sales & Marketing Director and Chief Operating Officer, respectively.

Ian Chimes (age 57) joined Miton as Head of Sales and Marketing following the acquisition of PSigma Asset Management, where he was Managing Director, in July 2013. Prior to working at PSigma, Ian was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse Asset Management and Sales and Marketing Director at Henderson Global Investors.

Piers Harrison (age 36) joined Miton in July 2013 as Director of Operations and Risk Management having previously been Deputy Finance Director and Head of Operational Risk at Neptune Investment Management Limited. Piers has also held roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Matterley Services LLP and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2001.

Robert Clarke will be resigning from the Board with effect from 28 September to pursue other interests. Bart Edgar will become Director of Finance, reporting to Piers Harrison, following Robert's departure.

Robert Clarke has made a significant contribution to the reorganisation and restructuring of the Group. The Board would like to thank Robert for his diligence and hard work. He leaves with our gratitude and best wishes.

The Company will be announcing its half year results as planned on Monday 28 September 2015.

Other disclosures:

Matterley LLP and Matterley Holdings LLP were put into a members' voluntary solvent liquidation whilst Piers Harrison was a partner.

There are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules in connection with Ian Chimes and Piers Harrison's appointments to the Board.
