Medica Group (LSE:MGP), the UK market leader in the provision of teleradiology services, announces that Tony Lee, the Company's Finance Director, has mutually agreed with the Board that he will be leaving the Company to pursue other business opportunities. The search for his successor is underway in line with Board succession planning and Tony will work with the Board to ensure an orderly transition. Tony's departure date will be determined in due course.
Medica Group will report its financial results for the year ended 31 December 2019 on 23 March 2020. As announced on 23 January 2020, the Board expects trading to be in line with market expectations for the year.

In particular, he was instrumental in navigating our successful IPO in 2017 and strengthening Medica's position as a market leader in the provision of teleradiology services.
