The Company has been notified today that on 28 September 2018 the following director and PDMR purchased ordinary shares of 5p each using cash dividend funds paid by Meggitt PLC on 28 September 2018 - this is a scheme operated by Estera Trust (Jersey) Limited on shares held in a vested share account in the Meggitt Employees' Share Ownership Plan Trust. The purchase price was 569.00 pence per share.
