Initial Public Offering - Publication of Prospectus

Further to the pricing announcement published earlier today in connection with McColl's Retail Group plc's (the "Company") initial public offering (the "Offer"), the Company confirms that its prospectus dated 25 February 2014 (the "Prospectus") has been published and submitted to the National Storage Mechanism. It will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM .
