The issued share capital of McKay Securities PLC consists of 45,879,174 ordinary shares of 20p each, none of which are held in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, McKay Securities PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
