Director Share Purchase
On 4 May 2017 Monchhichi CEO Jean-Pascal Tranié acquired 700,000 ordinary shares (c. 1.59% of the Company's issued share capital) at a price of 37p per share. This takes his holding to 1,410,000 ordinary shares representing 3.21% of the Company's issued share capital.
Commenting on yesterday's purchase Jean-Pascal Tranié said:
"I have recently successfully sold my renewable energy business and wish to devote from this point onwards substantially all of my time and energy to the ongoing development of Monchhichi. Being able to put more skin in the game at this junction is attractive for me personally and reflects my growing confidence level that over time, we can deliver a progressive and superior risk / reward profile for all stakeholders".
