Completion of Disposal
Further to its announcements of 24 June 2009 and 10 July 2009, the Company is pleased to announce that completion of the disposal of Karspace Management Limited has taken place today.
The Company also announces that, as a consequence of the disposal, Godfrey Thorpe has retired as a director of the Company and that its registered office has been changed to 24 Queen Anne Street, London W1G 9AX.
