Exercise of Share Options

Mobile Tornado (AIM: MBT), the leading provider of instant communication mobile applications to the enterprise market, announces that an employee has exercised options over 87,047 new ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares"), under the Group's Employee Share Option Plan. The exercise price of the options is 2 pence per share.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a total of 87,047 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur on 26 January 2018. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company.

Total voting rights

Following Admission, the Group's enlarged share capital will comprise 298,440,236 ordinary shares. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Group as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
