Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
Manx Telecom plc (the "Company") announces that Gary Lamb, CEO of the Company, has informed the Company that he has sold 280,000 ordinary shares in the Company awarded to him under the 2014 Co-Investment Plan.
Following the sale, Mr Lamb retains an interest in 507,794 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 0.45% of the Company's issued share capital.
