Board Changes
blur Group plc (AIM:BLUR), the market-leading Indirect Spend Management platform, announces that Laurence Cook has been appointed CEO of blur Group and replaces Philip Letts, the company's founder, who will no longer be a director of the Company with effect from today.
Laurence joined blur in November 2016 as Chief Commercial Officer and has been instrumental in driving customer acquisition in the Enterprise sector.
Laurence has 25 years experience in the ICT industry, successfully bringing disruptive products and services to market while leading global sales teams at Siemens, C&W and NTL.
David Rowe Chairman said "We are delighted that Laurence has agreed to drive the next phase of the company's development and growth and I would like to pay recognition to Philip's contribution as founder and the driving force behind the company's history".
A further announcement will be made following the expected appointment of Laurence to the PLC board (on completion of routine director due diligence) in compliance with the AIM Rules.
