Board Changes

The Company is pleased to announce Ian Cleverly has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and a director of the Company from 9 April 2018, subject to the completion of routine regulatory due diligence.

Ian has extensive CFO experience in both large and small businesses including as CFO of Cable and Wireless Jamaica and Hutchinson 3G in Ireland which he joined from inception. Ian has also worked in senior financial roles in NTL and Procter & Gamble.

Commenting on the appointment, Laurence Cook, CEO said:
