Mail.Ru Group Limited (LSE: MAIL, hereinafter referred as the "Company" or the "Group") announces that on 27 October 2017 the Company granted 10,000 Restricted Stock Units comprising Global Depositary Receipts representing the Company's ordinary shares ("RSUs") for the benefit of each of Sang Hun Kim and Johannes Gijsbertus Cornelis Maria Buné, Independent Directors of the Company, under the Company's 2015 Restricted Stock Unit Plan.
