Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") Shareholding
7 March 2019. Mail.Ru Group Limited (LSE: MAIL, hereinafter referred as the "Company" or the "Group") announces that it was notified that (a) on 1 and 4 March 2019 Matthew Hammond, Managing Director of the Company and PDMR sold respectively 75,000 and 25,000 Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") representing the Company's ordinary shares admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange (ISIN US5603172082, Common Code: 055222126), and (b) on 6 March 2019 Jan G.C.M. Buné, Independent Director of the Company and PDMR, acquired 2,500 GDRs representing the Company's ordinary shares admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange (ISIN US5603172082, Common Code: 055222126) under the Company's 2015 Restricted Stock Unit Plan.
