Notice of additional candidate nominated as Elected Director
Mail.Ru Group Limited ("Mail.Ru Group" or the "Company") hereby announces that, further to the notice relating to the Annual General Meeting released on 7th May 2013, Verdi Israelyan has also been nominated as a proposed director in accordance with clause 10.4 of the Company's Articles of Association.
