Magnolia Petroleum Plc, the AIM quoted US focused oil and gas exploration and production company, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2011, has been posted to shareholders today. An electronic copy of the Reports and Accounts is also available on the Company's website (www.magnoliapetroleum.com).
The Company also announces that the Annual General Meeting of Magnolia will be held at 18452 E 111th, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, OK74011, USA on Friday 29 June 2012 at 10.00am Central Daylight Time.
