Total Voting Rights
The following information is disclosed in accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA").
As at 31 August 2021, the Company had 389,712,817 issued ordinary shares of £0.0001p each admitted to trading. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of the Company. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 389,712,817.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
