PDMR Dealing, Exercise of Share Options and Total Voting Rights
The Company has been notified that on 15 May 2023 certain Directors of the Company or their connected parties have purchased Ordinary Shares of 0.1p ("Ordinary Shares") as follows:

1 Under the Mortgage Advice Bureau Share Incentive Plan, the Company matches the employee purchase.
In addition, the Company announces that it has issued and allotted 93,043 new Ordinary Shares following the exercise of options by certain employees of the Group under the Mortgage Advice Bureau Executive Share Option Plan. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 93,043 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 19 May 2023.
After Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 57,127,034 Ordinary Shares, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights will be 57,127,034, and this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
