Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed on 30 September 2015 that on that day The Trustees of the Ice Blue Directors Pension Scheme purchased 1,022,530 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 86 pence per share.

John Alastair Irvine is a Director of the Company and is a trustee and beneficiary of the Ice Blue Directors Pension Scheme.

Following this transaction The Trustees of the Ice Blue Directors Pension Scheme hold 3,777,569 shares in the Company, which represent 2.06% of the ordinary shares in the Company.
