Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Low & Bonar PLC ("Low & Bonar" or the "Group"), the international performance materials group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Bertram as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 February 2018.
Peter Bertram is a highly experienced senior professional who has served and advised many public and private companies. He has held both CEO and CFO roles during his executive career and was previously Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Microgen plc and Chairman of Phoenix IT Group plc. Peter Bertram is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Zinc Media Group plc, Hobs Group Limited and Esteem Holdings Limited. He is also a member of the Advisory Committee of Sterling Strategic Value Fund, a shareholder in Low & Bonar.
