Board Change
The Board of Low & Bonar announces that it has mutually and amicably agreed with Mike Holt, Chief Financial Officer, that he will step down from the Board and leave the Company once a successor is appointed. A search is underway and an announcement will be made in due course. Mike has agreed to remain with the Group to assist in an orderly handover period and ensure a smooth transition is achieved.
Martin Flower, Chairman of Low & Bonar, commented:
"On behalf of the Board, we would like to express our thanks to Mike for his contribution to the business since his appointment in 2010. He has played a pivotal role in the restructuring of the Group and helped to strengthen the platform for future growth. We wish him well for all of his future endeavours."
