Director and PDMR Shareholdings
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a).
Under the terms of the Lavendon Group plc 2006 Long Term Incentive Plan ("Plan"), awards, granted on 23 April 2010, over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have vested and were subsequently exercised on 1 May 2013. Within these awards, and in accordance with the rules of the Plan, additional awards representing the value of dividends that would have been paid on the vested shares during the period between the date of grant and the date of vesting of the awards have been made. A summary of the awards vested and exercised is given below:
