Under the terms of the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan, Gonzague Depraetere (the Company's Managing Director of France) has been granted deferred awards over 16,867 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary shares") for 2014. Following these awards, Gonzague Depraetere has a total of 176,867 Ordinary Shares subject to incentive arrangements.
