DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
The Company was notified on 2 December 2011, that John Standen (Non-Executive Chairman) had purchased 17,500 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 86.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, John Standen's beneficial interest in the Company is 67,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.
