Lavendon Group plc ("the Company")
Additional Listing
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a blocklisting of 3,500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities ("Admission").
Of the above 3,500,000 Ordinary Shares to be blocklisted, which will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, 500,000 may be issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the Lavendon Group plc Share Incentive Plan and the remaining 3,000,000 Ordinary Shares may be issued under the Lavendon Group plc 2006 Long Term Incentive Plan. It is expected that Admission will become effective on 29 April 2013.
