LSR Group Reports 4Q and 12M 2017 Operating Results

LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MOEX: LSRG), one of the leading real estate developers and building materials producers in Russia, is publishing operating results for the fourth quarter and twelve months of 2017.

Highlights:

· Full year new contract sales amounted to 640 th m2 (-6% y/y). Total value of the contracts was RUB 65.3 bn (-7% y/y).

· 4Q new contract sales stood at 216 th m2 (+26% y/y) with the value of the contracts reaching RUB 23.6 bn (+35% y/y).

· Average price per sqm reached RUB 109 th in 4Q (+7% y/y).

· Share of mortgage sales was 47% in 2017.

· During the year 780 th m2 launched to the market.

· Completions amounted to 909 th m2 (+15% y/y).
