LSR Group launches business class residential project in St.Petersburg

LSR Group announces start of pre-sales in a new business class residential project "Europa City" with a total area of 116 th sq m. The new project will be built on the land plot of approximately 7.4 ha in the Petrogradsky district of St. Petersburg.

"Europa City" comprises seventeen 9-14-storey buildings with over 1,600 apartments. The project's residential area is 104 th sq m. The complex will have a heated underground parking for around 500 cars.

"Europa City" includes one-, two- and three-room apartments ranging from 43 to 85 sq m. Customers will receive the apartments with final fitting of high European quality. The price per square meter starts at RUB 110 thousand.

The project is scheduled for completion in 4Q2016.
