LSR Group announces put option on its BO-01 bonds

OJSC LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MICEX-RTS: LSRG), one of the leading real estate developers and building materials producers in Russia, announced put option on its Series BO-01 bonds.

Identification number 4B02-01-55234-E as of 24.11.2009.

LSR Group intends to buy back up to 500,000 (five hundred thousand) Series BO-01 interest-bearing non-convertible bonds. Maximum purchase price is set at 100.15% (one hundred and fifteen percent) of the nominal value. In addition, accumulated coupon interest, calculated in accordance with the issue documentation as of the the buy-back date, will be paid to the purchase price.

Submission date: from 9 a.m. (Moscow time) on June, 21, 2012 until 5 p.m. (Moscow time) on June, 26, 2012.

Buy-back date: June, 28, 2012.
