LSR Group Announces Changes in Management

LSR Group announces that Andrey Nikitin resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for personal reasons. Effective Andrey Nikitin's leave, Dmitry Kutuzov is appointed as an acting CFO, Yuri Ilyin in addition to his current responsibilities will also oversee investor relations.

LSR Group remains committed to its strategy, announced earlier this year: focus on profitability and net profit growth, as well as on the financial discipline and debt management.
