Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) or Connected Persons.
In accordance with DTR 3, LSL was notified on 4th August 2022 that David Stewart, Group Chief Executive Officer, purchased in the market 7,820 ordinary shares in LSL of 0.2p each (Ordinary Shares) at a price of £3.165 per Ordinary Share on 4th August 2022. Following this transaction, David Stewart's total shareholding in LSL is 25,366 (including Ordinary Shares held by LSL's Share Incentive Plan (SIP) on behalf of the director).
